Tsavo West National Park
This park is famous for its magnificent scenery covering an area of 9,065 square kilometers and it was established in 1948. Tsavo West National Park is covers a distance of 240km from Nairobi, along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway on the western side divided from Tsavo East National Park by Tsavo River.
The park's topography is dominated by savannah grasslands, woodlands, river and riverine vegetation which enhance wildlife like the Masai lion, leopard, Cape buffalo, elephant, black rhino, giraffes, hippos, and lesser kudus.
